My first time driving a Buick and it was super responsive. We ended up having to reserve the car at that later time and Eric was on point. He made sure to walk me through the change of reservation times and was in constant communication. He made the experience smooth. Thank you Eric for being the superstar that you are!!

The car was amazing, and the rental process was easy and fast. Communicating with the owner was smooth, and finding the location was simple. I can’t say enough positive things about this experience. Hopefully, I’ll have the chance to rent from him again through the app.

Pick up and drop off was easy. I had questions and the owner responded immediately. My car is in the shop for engine replacement and this made it really easy to get around temporarily for a reasonable price. Will definitely rent from again!

Car drove great, communication was 10 stars out of 5, super easy process to find and access the car after a long day of travel. It’s an older car so don’t expect fancy, but it was a smooth ride that got us from point A to point B for an affordable price, which is exactly what we wanted. I do wish the car had some way to play music from our phone, but again, it’s an older car so can’t complain. Heated, electric adjustable seats were a bonus. We would rent again!

Igor was fantastic, the car was a complete joy to drive and Igor has gone out of his was to add some nice touches, a cooler with drinks and ice when you pick up the vehicle, an umbrella, and a charging power cord. The car was well beyond clean and tidy, by far the best Turo I've ever rented. The price was reasonable and was able to extend my reservation a few times was supposed to have for 2-3 days ended up with 7-8. I would highly recommend this vehicle and this host 5 out 5 stars top notch.

Rather than sending me a car with a problem, they immediately offered a replacement vehicle and worked with me to ensure the price stayed the same. I needed the vehicle for my daughter’s graduation, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out smoothly. The replacement vehicle was clean, ready on time, and exactly as described. I truly appreciated the host’s honesty, communication, and commitment to customer service. Things don’t always go perfectly with rentals, but what matters is how the host handles unexpected situations, and they handled this one exceptionally well. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them to others.

With such a new car, there were things I didn’t quite understand, but I’m grateful that my host was always available. They have free car wash and vacuum service through quick quack, which certainly made the rental return great, and without extra cost.
