10/10 car rental experience! New to Turo, and first car rental in what seems like a hundred years, so I appreciate very much the ease of the entire process. This lil red Prius is dependable, and GREAT on gas! Handles well on the road, and brakes are punctual. Upon pick up, the car was clean, gas tank full, ready to hit the road! Kristian is friendly, available, communicative, and I give thanks that he offers this service with his vehicle. I recommend renting with Kristian and will rent again.

My family had a last minute trip and couldn't find any other rental car place, and then I remembered that I had a Turo account. I found Moon Rentals and booked a Toyota Sienna ASAP. The rental was affordable (better priced than rental car companies) and the process was quick and easy. They were great with communication and even filled the tank and cleaned it before we picked it up! The hand off was friendly and the instructions were super clear! I am so glad I found this car. The Prius is great. I was also glad to meet the owners when I picked it up because I was new to this type of car, and having someone show me the features made it much easier to get started. I brought a phone holder so I could use navigation and connect my phone to the car, which was very helpful, especially if you are used to relying only on Waze. The Prius is a very comfortable car, and I was excited to try out a hybrid for the first time. Unfortunately, I didn’t have access to charging, so I couldn’t take full advantage of that feature. We also agreed with the owners that I could return the car at a different parking lot, which made it much easier for me to get to the airport. The parking lot even provided a shuttle ride to the airport, which was very convenient. I would definitely rent this car again. Overall, it was a very good experience. Yes, there were a few creaks here and there, but that’s normal for a used car that has had different drivers over time. I didn’t find anything that limited or bothered me during the trip. I stayed with this car for almost a month and had an amazing experience. I traveled on the road with my family and the car was absolutely wonderful — very smooth, comfortable, economical, and easy to drive. It was also very easy to park, which made everything even better during the trip. The car performed perfectly the whole time and made our journey much more enjoyable. I highly recommend it and I will definitely rent it again in the future!

Renting from Orlando was phenomenal! His personalized service was Five-Star. The vehicle was clean, ran well, was excellent on fuel efficiency, it was exactly what my family needed for our rental. Vehicle is perfect for my trip definitely a gas saver, pickup and drop off was very very easy. Will be returning in the future. 2 car rentals failed me, made it hard for me to pick up but this was able to be done with a few clicks!
