Host was accommodating and easy to work with. Car was in good condition, still had some napkins in the center console but otherwise clean.

The reservation and car process was good. I rented their 2022 Toyota Corla. The car was dirty from inside it was not cleaned or wiped down and smelled like cigarette inside. Also, there was no updated registration on the car and the license plate also did not display a 2027 sticker as the current one expired January 2026. I messaged the host when I picked up the car and saw no registration and they never responded to me. As a result of the no proper registration, I got a parking ticket for not displaying proper registration which I am out $75 now that I have to pay because I am sure the host wont pay me or reimburse me the $75. I dont think I will ever rent again from them only because of the registration issue. Other than that, the car ran well.
