Overall, we had a good experience with this host. Communication was prompt, professional, and they were very cooperative throughout the trip. Unfortunately, about halfway through our rental, the vehicle developed a check engine light, a TRAC OFF warning light, and started making an unusual noise when starting. Since we were traveling with our family, we didn't feel comfortable continuing to drive it and decided to end the trip early.
The host was understanding, worked with us on an early return, and provided a partial refund, which we appreciated. While the vehicle issue was unfortunate, I don't believe it was intentional, and the host handled the situation professionally. Thank you for your help. 4/5 stars.

My family had a last minute trip and couldn't find any other rental car place, and then I remembered that I had a Turo account. I found Moon Rentals and booked a Toyota Sienna ASAP. The rental was affordable (better priced than rental car companies) and the process was quick and easy.
They were great with communication and even filled the tank and cleaned it before we picked it up! The hand off was friendly and the instructions were super clear! Our trip went well all thanks to Moon Rentals 😌
