The trip was great I cleaned the car out and gas all filled it up. Thanks so much I’ll be coming back to u soon have a az trip coming up do u have anything unlimited miles

The host was very professional and friendly. However, the car was quite problematic. The front right tire had a large bubble in the sidewall that wasn’t noticed before pickup. This could have been very dangerous and led to blowout while driving. I had to replace the tire at a tire shop on request by the owner a few hours after pickup. There was a loud rattling sound emanating from the front driver side of the car that was very loud when idling or accelerating. The car was low on windshield fluid at pickup and also the rear passenger side tire kept deflating to 20psi which I had to refill everyday during the rental. I feel bad for leaving a negative review but the car should not have been rented out in the condition I received it.

Unfortunately, this vehicle was returned late from the previous renter, and your booking was within one hour. Consequently, we were unable to inspect all the issues you have mentioned. However, when we communicated with you, you only mentioned the tire with bubble. I promptly addressed this issue.
If you had communicated any other concerns, I would have gladly swapped you into another vehicle without any difficulty.
