Hytham was an excellent host, friendly, responsive, and clear with all pickup and drop-off details, which made the process very smooth. The car was clean and drove well, making for a comfortable experience overall. If you’re traveling with more than three people, just keep in mind that trunk space is limited. I was able to fit two medium suitcases and one large, but anything beyond that would be a tight squeeze. Overall, I had a great experience and would gladly rent from Hytham again.

Poor shape inside and out. Poor Instructions on how to get the car. Had to pay $20 for the parking to pick up the car and was refunded $5.
1. I cut myself on the steering wheel because there was sharp plastic exposed.
2. Car seats got my pants dirty.
3. Exterior was dirty
4. Interior was dirty
5. Car would enter manual by itself - seemed like a transmission issue.
6. 3 cracks in the windshield and visible damage to the exterior.
The car didn’t breakdown, so that’s a plus.
Worst turo experience I’ve had to date and I’ve been using turo consistently for years. (Both business and leisure)
I respectfully disagree with these claims. The vehicle was cleaned, inspected, and in safe condition before your trip, with no sharp parts or damage reported. Clear pickup instructions were provided, and parking details are standard for the location. The car has no transmission issues and has performed reliably for other guests.
