The car was great besides the crack in the window. Also if you offer shuttles it should be a correct timing. 20 minutes is a long time to wait. The Westin is across the street not really a 3 minute walk. Also make in the note that if you are delayed for picking the car up you will have to pay because I was not aware and would have moved my pick up time all in all it cost me an extra $20 missed flights just off of a poor shuttle which sucks but everything else was fine. Easy to get the car after dealing with the shuttles that will take a minimum of 45 minutes

Overall an amazing trip! Car was easy to handle and very easy pick up. It wasn’t the cleaned the best and had a bit of smell. But the car got the job done so no complaints!
