This suburban was perfect for a large family trip to Disney World. Aside from large passenger vans, you cannot rent an 8 passenger vehicle from traditional car rental companies. The windshield was cracked by renters right before us, but host reached out and communicated it- offered to let us continue to rent it as is, offered a different vehicle in their fleet, or were willing to help us cancel with Turo. We opted to continue to rent with the crack, and it did not hinder the usage at all!!! Definitely recommend!

This was my first time using Turo, and Dulce Car Rental made the experience absolutely outstanding. The car was clean, comfortable and in a perfect condition exactly what I needed for my trip, returning the vehicle was just as smooth with no surprises or a hassle. We had a booking with a national car rental company, but they cancelled after our flight was delayed. We reached out to BM Rental last minute for a Suburban. Even though it was late, this local family business got back to us right away and had the car to us within three hours, around 10pm! Super friendly, quick, and helpful the whole time, way better than MNCs. Highly recommend BM Rental! Great, reliable service and you’re supporting a local business. We’d definitely use them again. Kevin was a great host and made the whole experience easy from start to finish. He was very friendly, gave clear instructions, and shared some helpful tips about the car. The Corvette was in excellent condition and an absolute pleasure to drive. It was a lot of fun, and I would definitely recommend renting from Kevin!
