We had an excellent experience renting Luis’s 2023 Chevrolet Suburban through Turo! The vehicle was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It made our trip so much more enjoyable. Luis was outstanding to work with. He was incredibly responsive and answered every question I had within a minute or two, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. We had a booking with a national car rental company, but they cancelled after our flight was delayed. We reached out to BM Rental last minute for a Suburban. Even though it was late, this local family business got back to us right away and had the car to us within three hours, around 10pm! Super friendly, quick, and helpful the whole time, way better than MNCs. Highly recommend BM Rental! Great, reliable service and you’re supporting a local business. We’d definitely use them again. Everything was wonderful and they were most helpful when I extended trip and then extended another day cause I was running late . And the price was great . And SUV ran perfect but there is Bluetooth but not to connect Spotify. I could have been doing something wrong but it did not connect to my phone the whole trip. Other than that it was great

This suburban was perfect for a large family trip to Disney World. Aside from large passenger vans, you cannot rent an 8 passenger vehicle from traditional car rental companies. The windshield was cracked by renters right before us, but host reached out and communicated it- offered to let us continue to rent it as is, offered a different vehicle in their fleet, or were willing to help us cancel with Turo. We opted to continue to rent with the crack, and it did not hinder the usage at all!!! Definitely recommend!

I have to say, this car was amazing We were a family of five, and it was the perfect size for us. It was excellent on gas and handled every trip we took with ease. Finding parking was never a problem, and we all rode comfortably throughout our stay. The vehicle was clean, delivered right on time, and picked up exactly as scheduled. The host was very communicative and always available to answer any questions we had. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend renting from them.

I had a wonderful experience. I rented a vehicle for 3 weeks and the first week I had an issue with my tire and kept having low tire pressure. Host was extremely communicative and had the problem fixed right away. Host was also very flexible. I appreciate the great customer service and I would most definitely rent from them again.

The best car I've ever rented and all the cars I've rented my whole life. I had lots of fun. The owner was extremely kind and very helpful. Pick up and drop off was extremely easy and recharging is a really big plus.
