Hands down, this was the best Turo experience! I was having a hard time finding a large SUV for my trip to Orlando, and about 12 hours before I landed, I found Rakan's Chevy Suburban. The booking process was quick and seamless, and Rakan was incredibly accommodating despite the last-minute reservation. The Suburban was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly what my family needed. Communication was excellent from start to finish, making pickup and drop-off effortless. I truly appreciated how easy Rakan made the entire experience. Exceptional Host 🌟 The Santa Fe appeared brand new, like right off the lot clean inside and out. It drove so smooth and everything was in perfect condition. Really smooth and easy ride with all the safely features you want and need. Loved that we could connect Apple or Samsung phone wirelessly to the large screen for easy GPS viewing. The truck fit 7 suitcases, 3 book bags and left room for 5 people to sit comfortably. We only had 3 people but when we arrived to my daughter’s house, without the luggage, her family of 4 fit comfortable so we could all (7) ride to dinner together. This is the perfect rental for your Orlando adventures. And don’t worry about having an ezpass/sunpass (you cover fees later but the tolls are less than $1). They provide that too. AND THE HOST….. provided excellent instructions prior to pick up. Step by step instructions for pick up and included a PIN location so we had absolutely no issue locating the truck, when we arrived at 2:30AM. Literally walked off the shuttle and directly to the truck. Step by step instructions for drop off made it easy. Less than 10mins from the time we parked, checked the truck back in with the host and boarded the shuttle. One of the easiest Turo rentals ever. I have saved this Host for our future visits. And the price was perfect. We saved so much money. This truck would have cost 3x as much any where else. Don’t hesitate….this is the Host to rent from!! This was my first time using Turo, and overall I had a really great experience! I definitely appreciated the convenience—especially not having to pay a deposit like you typically would with traditional rental companies. I paid $208 for a four-day trip, which was an amazing deal. Honestly, if I had relied on Ubers the entire time, I would’ve spent around $625 (yes, I really did the math for everywhere we needed to go). If you’re in Florida, I highly recommend getting a rental car—it just makes everything so much easier and more affordable. The only downside for me was paying the $208 for the rental and then being charged an additional $14 just to exit the airport parking garage. I feel like that fee should be included in the booking price instead of being an out-of-pocket surprise right after getting the car. Other than that, I would absolutely use Turo again! The host was very responsive and communicative, the car was clean, and there were no issues at all. Great experience overall!

I chose A1 due to the high number of positive reviews, unlimited milage offered so I could drive Florida with peace of mind. I also chose Tesla Model Y as I’m a Tesla Model 3 driver from Germany. This was my first Turo experience so I’m sharing the process of Turo, A1 & Tesla. A1, I received good communication, and 30 mins prior to pickup received the key to my Tesla app. The car was located in an expansive parking lot of small business, which I took an uber too. The address of the location, was not the exact location of the car which I was able to find via the Tesla app just a few minutes walk away. At this point everything seemed fantastic, car was in immaculate condition for a 2022 Model Y. I was able to unlock it, just like at home and the music I left my Tesla in Germany on, continued - incredible experience UNTIL suddenly a long list of warnings came up on the screen. Turns out this is nothing to do with A1 but a Tesla bug when either switching from a Model 3 to a Model Y or a European to USA it was unknown. I was in a panic, thinking my vacation was ruined and I was about to have to rent another car at top price. Fortunately Raphael from A1 was amazingly helpful, we switched the driver profile and all the warnings went away. Super bizarre experience, later on in the trip I paired the key with my driver profile and everything worked correctly. I solely blame Tesla for this. After that, the car went perfectly apart from my one gripe which is the charging speed. In Europe we are used to fast charging 100 kw/h almost all the time, apart from the last 5% of the battery. I am very surprised that American tesla owners seem to be somewhat fine charging for an hour - I very rarely in Europe charge for more than 20 minutes unless stopping for lunch. I was also disappointed by the lack of charging infrastructure at hotels around Florida. Nothing to do with A1 but compared to Europe where even McDonalds have chargers - America is behind. Charging was paid by A1 and I paid after - super fast and professional. My only recommendation to return the car with 90+% battery is to parking at the nearby mall, which allows the family to do some shopping but the last 15% was incredibly slow approx 20 mins at 11kwh. It would be much more appreciated to deliver the car back at 80%. All in all, I would recommend A1 as he is a genuine great service offering you a car at much better rate than traditional renters. We had a great time dolphins the west coast of Florida, the gator experience in the south and Miami in the East. Also important to ensure any rental has the SunPass to pay tolls. Thanks A1!

This car was the best option for our trip due to price, size and gas mileage! The car was exactly like the pictures! In addition, the owner was very responsive to any questions and was able to accommodate our different pickup location with ease! We will be keeping it on our list for our next trip!

Car was great! Good on gas for a 3 row VW SUV. Relatively low miles at 29.6k. Clean inside and outside. It already had a few minor dents, but definitely one of the cleanest rentals we’ve had. It was extremely convenient to pick up and drop off. We met Richard at the terminal when dropping off which was so nice not having to deal with major car rental agency drop off/shuttle to the airport. They were on time and very polite. Would definitely rent from MOVA Car Rental LLC again!

Andre helped us out in a pinch when our other reservation was cancelled two hours before our pickup time. He was very attentive and easy to work with. What could have been a dramatic event traveling as a family of 6, Andre was there to loan us his car for the week. I recommend his Turo any time.
