SUV rental at Orlando International Airport (MCO)

First off, the SUV was amazing! I would definitely rent this vehicle again! I highly recommend! The vehicle was clean, comfortable, roomy and reliable. The rental process was quick and easy, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The experience for renting this SUV was 10/10

I had a good experience renting through Turo, and I appreciate Dan for communicating with me throughout the rental process. The pickup instructions were detailed and helpful, making it easier to locate the vehicle at the airport. The vehicle served its purpose during our trip, although there was a moment when it seemed like it didn’t want to start. Overall, I appreciate the opportunity to rent from Dan and use Turo for our Orlando trip. Dan was very attentive, kind, and communicative throughout the rental process. The pickup instructions were clear and helpful, which made getting the vehicle at the airport much easier. Overall, I appreciate Dan’s excellent customer service. The only concern was that the vehicle hesitated to start at one point, which made me worry about being left stranded. It was a good vehicle and a good price. Vehicle was very clean and smelled really good inside. The only negative comments that I have is that the headlights are terrible and you can barely see at night with them, the windshield wipers aren't the best, and the brakes are a little spongy. Other than that, it was an amazing and reliable vehicle. I would rent again.

Michael was extremely professional and accommodating throughout the entire rental process. Our flight schedule changed, and we ended up arriving nearly two hours earlier than expected. Michael made sure our vehicle was ready and waiting for us, which made everything incredibly easy and stress-free. Rental process was very smooth , pick up was easy , I found the car with no problems drop off was easier all I had to do was pull up to the drop off and was assisted. The 2024 Model X Plaid was spotless inside and out when we picked it up at MCO, and it drove like a dream all week in Orlando. The Full Self-Driving was incredible, it handled the Florida highways and theme-park traffic and made the whole trip easier, especially with our family in the car. Plenty of room, ice-cold A/C, and the falcon wing doors were a hit every single day. America Florida was a great host from start to finish: fast, clear communication, easy pickup and drop-off at the airport, and everything exactly as described, no surprises. The car was charged, clean, and ready when we landed. Best rental experience we've had in Orlando, and we'd rent this exact car again without hesitation. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience renting a Cadillac Escalade from Laik for our family vacation in Florida! The Escalade was clean, spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family and all of our luggage. It made getting around Florida so much easier and really added to the overall experience. Laik was professional, responsive, and made the rental process smooth from start to finish. Initially I felt the vehicle may have been too big for our trip. However, it turns out the vehicle was exactly what we needed, and everything went as planned with the additional space. We would definitely rent from Laik again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable, and upscale vehicle for a family trip in Florida! Definitely one that will turn heads.

We had such a great experience renting from Oscar! We traveled with our three kids, so having a spacious, comfortable, and reliable vehicle was really important to us. The Wagoneer was perfect for our family and had plenty of room for everyone and all of our luggage. We absolutely loved the vehicle! Oscar was fantastic from start to finish. He was so kind, understanding, and genuinely easy to work with. His communication was great, and he made the entire process so simple. We really appreciated how accommodating and understanding he was throughout our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or rental experience. Overall, I had a good experience renting Joshua’s 2024 Dodge Durango. Joshua was extremely responsive through Turo messaging, which I genuinely appreciated. Communication was excellent throughout the rental, and I want to recognize him for that. As a fellow Turo host, I understand both sides of the rental experience, so I wanted to provide some constructive feedback that I believe could make the experience even better for future guests. My first concern was the sunroof. While driving on the highway at approximately 70 mph, there was a very noticeable whistling noise coming from the sunroof. It was loud enough to keep my 2-year-old daughter awake while traveling. Surprisingly, opening the sunroof to the vent position actually made the cabin quieter. The Durango also has a pretty loud exhaust setup, which guests should be aware of, but the wind noise from the sunroof was surprisingly louder than the exhaust at highway speeds. I would definitely recommend having the sunroof seal inspected. My second concern was the exterior cleanliness. When I picked up the Durango, the exterior was noticeably dirty. There were visible dirt rings around the front tires and dirt extending up the sides of the vehicle. When renting a premium vehicle, I believe guests should reasonably expect it to be presented in clean, well-maintained condition. During our trip, I was meeting my girlfriend’s father in a very nice area of Orlando, and unfortunately, the vehicle’s appearance wasn’t the best when we arrived. He even made a comment about how dirty it was. As a host myself, I understand how important first impressions are, especially when guests are paying for a premium rental experience. One additional suggestion would be to clarify the airport pickup instructions. This was our first time flying into Orlando, and I wasn’t aware that guests could take the airport tram/train to access the parking area where the Durango was located. I assumed I needed to take an Uber, so I left my family waiting at the terminal while I went to retrieve the vehicle. It wasn’t until I was driving past the parking area that I realized there was a much more convenient transportation option available. I would highly recommend emphasizing this in the pickup instructions because it’s actually a fantastic convenience for future guests and could save them unnecessary transportation expenses and confusion. Despite those concerns, I still believe Joshua deserves five stars. He was incredibly responsive, the vehicle served its purpose, and the overall experience was positive. I don’t believe a few correctable issues should overshadow the things he did well. I share this feedback not to criticize Joshua, but because I know firsthand, as another Turo host, how valuable honest and constructive feedback can be. Addressing the sunroof noise, ensuring the vehicle is thoroughly cleaned before each rental, and making the airport transportation instructions clearer would take this from a good rental experience to an exceptional one. Car was great! After another host cancelled 12 hours before pick up I found this car and they were a life saver for 6 adults. It was spacious, clean and easy pick up and drop off for a great price. Thank you so much! Would rent again

Very nice vehicle, practically new. Host was responsive and able to accommodate a last minute reservation. Vehicle was located in general parking space in front of Omni Parking lot. Instructions could have been a little clearer as to where to look. The Lock box code was not provided until after I arrived at the parking lot, which was a little unnerving, because I wanted confirmation that I was good to go beforehand. Nevertheless, it was a smooth pickup / return. Very fair price. I would rent from this Host again.
