This was my first experience with Toro, and the host was incredibly patient and transparent throughout the process. He promptly answered every call and addressed all my questions. The vehicle was in excellent condition, and for an SUV, the gas mileage was surprisingly good. While I only traveled with my fiancé and daughter, the vehicle comfortably accommodated five passengers. I highly recommend this host and vehicle to anyone traveling in the Orlando area.

Picking up the call was a disaster he gave me the wrong spot number was looking for the car for 20min had trouble at the get getting out after I picked the car up where they tried to make me paid for the say of the car the host did pay for it mind you I only need the vehicle from 11am to 3pm didn’t get in the car and on my way until 12:30 12:45
The guest did not read the instructions properly and went to the wrong parking lot.
