Aside from having to hunt in the parking lot under rain and having to pay a non refundable $14 parking fee, pickup from MCO was easy, a quick shuttle ride from the terminal, clear instructions in the app. The car itself was clean, efficient, and a joy to use. The drop-off instructions in the app said we could choose from one of 5 drop off locations, only to find one of the ones listed had a QR code entry we were never given (stay away from reserved spots). Only having gotten there did we realize we got a separate message from the host with instructions to go back to the original parking location, which was a bit inconvenient to get to the terminal we needed. This resulted in an unexpected taxi ride as we would not make our flight due to needing to take a transfer shuttle. Overall a good experience, but dropoff instructions should be simplified and communication made more consistent.

Regarding the parking, I’m sorry, but unfortunately I can’t control the rain. You had difficulty because you tried to park somewhere I never told you to go, and that location requires a reservation. I then sent you the correct parking information. No other guest has had this issue. If you had followed my instructions, you would have saved both time and money.
