Definitely met the standards equal to going to the rental counter but skipping all the hassle!!! Clean and looks exactly like the pictures show. It’s also super important to me that cars have all the safety features and this one does. I was concerned about the airport parking fee because it wasn’t included but it was just ten dollars. Highly recommend!

I rented this Santa Fe for the weekend and had a really great experience. The vehicle was very clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable for both city driving and longer trips. It drove smoothly, had great gas mileage for an SUV, and had plenty of room for luggage and passengers. Everything worked perfectly, from the AC to the technology features, and it made the entire trip stress-free. I would definitely rent this vehicle again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and enjoyable ride for a weekend getaway. We had a great experience with this rental! The vehicle was exactly what we needed and drove well throughout our entire 10-day trip. The host was incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating from start to finish. At the beginning of our trip, the vehicle was dropped off at the airport parking lot earlier than expected, which resulted in a higher parking fee. The host immediately took responsibility for the additional cost and reimbursed us on the spot without hesitation, which we really appreciated. We had no issues with the vehicle until the very end of our rental, when an unexpected mechanical issue occurred. It was clearly an unforeseen problem and not the fault of either the host or us. The host remained professional, responsive, and understanding throughout the situation, and even offered and agreed to pick the vehicle up from our home without charging us anything extra. We are currently home waiting for the host to pick up the vehicle, even though we were originally meant to drop it off at the same location we picked it up. Overall, this was a wonderful rental experience. The host went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, communicated well, and handled an unexpected situation with professionalism and kindness. I would absolutely rent from them again in the future and highly recommend them to others.

Everything was fantastic! The host even had cords and attachments inside to make sure that we could charge cell phones while driving. Also an umbrella for those instant Florida rainfalls. A windshield cover to keep things cool… it’s a great small suv for a vacation! Host was very communicative and replied immediately when questions were asked. Thanks for a great rental process!

What can I say? The entire experience was amazing from pickup to drop off and everything in between. Car was amazing ran smoothly absolutely no issues. Customer service was 10/10 was provided with car charger and cable in addition to phone holder and cool water. Much appreciated with the Florida heat. Absolutely no complaints instructions and vehicle details were spot on. Would recommend every single time. Would rent again. Thanks for making of my trip a great one.

Few things with car that didn’t work like some plug in’s and driver side ac seems like doesn’t get as cold as passenger side. Gas tank unlock button you have to hit a million times to pop open. But over all wonderful car and help me attend family function safely. Will rent again with Joel’s auto again.
