We had a great experience with this rental! The vehicle was exactly what we needed and drove well throughout our entire 10-day trip. The host was incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating from start to finish. At the beginning of our trip, the vehicle was dropped off at the airport parking lot earlier than expected, which resulted in a higher parking fee. The host immediately took responsibility for the additional cost and reimbursed us on the spot without hesitation, which we really appreciated. We had no issues with the vehicle until the very end of our rental, when an unexpected mechanical issue occurred. It was clearly an unforeseen problem and not the fault of either the host or us. The host remained professional, responsive, and understanding throughout the situation, and even offered and agreed to pick the vehicle up from our home without charging us anything extra. We are currently home waiting for the host to pick up the vehicle, even though we were originally meant to drop it off at the same location we picked it up. Overall, this was a wonderful rental experience. The host went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, communicated well, and handled an unexpected situation with professionalism and kindness. I would absolutely rent from them again in the future and highly recommend them to others.
Everything was fantastic! The host even had cords and attachments inside to make sure that we could charge cell phones while driving. Also an umbrella for those instant Florida rainfalls. A windshield cover to keep things cool… it’s a great small suv for a vacation! Host was very communicative and replied immediately when questions were asked. Thanks for a great rental process!
10/10 experience from start to finish! The Volkswagen Taos was super cute, very roomy, and honestly a dream to drive. It was also surprisingly great on gas—I drove it throughout my trip and only spent around $50 to fill it back up, which is amazing for an SUV. The car was clean, comfortable, and an excellent value for the amount of time I had it. The host was extremely responsive, friendly, and provided clear instructions for finding and accessing the vehicle, so pickup was completely stress-free. He also greeted me when I returned the car, and both he and his father were very kind and welcoming without being intrusive at all. Everything about the experience was smooth, professional, and easy. I would absolutely rent from this host again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great vehicle and an even better Turo experience!

Car got great mpg. Worked perfect for what we needed for vacation. Rating 4.5 stars because car was dropped off at 230 per the receipt when our flight didn’t arrive until 830, So we had to pay more than expecting for airport parking ($23) and we also had lack of communication leading up to our flight departing. No issues after that for our trip!! Host apologized and got issue taken care of quickly.
