Definitely met the standards equal to going to the rental counter but skipping all the hassle!!! Clean and looks exactly like the pictures show. It’s also super important to me that cars have all the safety features and this one does. I was concerned about the airport parking fee because it wasn’t included but it was just ten dollars. Highly recommend!
I rented this Santa Fe for the weekend and had a really great experience. The vehicle was very clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable for both city driving and longer trips. It drove smoothly, had great gas mileage for an SUV, and had plenty of room for luggage and passengers. Everything worked perfectly, from the AC to the technology features, and it made the entire trip stress-free. I would definitely rent this vehicle again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and enjoyable ride for a weekend getaway. Everything was fantastic! The host even had cords and attachments inside to make sure that we could charge cell phones while driving. Also an umbrella for those instant Florida rainfalls. A windshield cover to keep things cool… it’s a great small suv for a vacation! Host was very communicative and replied immediately when questions were asked. Thanks for a great rental process!

Hosts were great! Car was a little rough on the outside. Had a huge debt in the fender, that they had pounded out and painted. The button on the door handle that locks/unlocks the doors did not work, so you had to have the key fob out, which was kind of a pain, but not a huge deal. Overall, the car ran great and had no mechanical issues. Will rent from them again, if I am in the area. 🙂

This was our first time ever using turo. Honestly. We were a little nervous trying this route but we absolutely wanted a Tesla with the newest version of FSD to drive us around in areas we were not familiar with. Carlos and Carolina were absolutely fantastic in answering my questions ( I had a lot) the vehicle was close by when we landed and all instructions were easily accessible. They were very detailed in there responses and made our trip very relaxing. Would use again with out hesitation.
