The rental process was smooth and easy from start to finish! The instructions and communication were clear, and I had no issues with the car whatsoever. I will definitely rent again!
Nice and easy. Car did the job. Well maintained and clean. Host responds timely. Good price. Thanks!
Fantastic SUV for our family trip. Car was waiting nice and close for us. It was clean, fueled, and had plenty of space. I will specifically try to use Gears Transportation again in the future.
The suv has normal signs of exterior and interior aging being a high mileage rover, but other than that the suv runs good and is better than your average toyota rental. To add, the host is responsive and easy to communicate with.
Overall, we had a great experience! Pickup was super easy, although having to pay for parking was a little annoying. The complimentary snacks and water were such a thoughtful touch, especially since my son was hungry when we arrived! The vehicle is a little older, so there wasn't Apple CarPlay, but I brought my own suction phone holder and it worked perfectly. I also LOVED all the cup holders! 😂 The best part was how great it was on gas. We drove EVERYWHERE and only had to fill up once! Definitely a reliable and comfortable ride for our trip!
We had an outstanding experience with this host! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make sure we stayed on schedule and had a smooth, stress-free rental experience. The car was absolutely immaculate beyond clean and looked like it had just come out of a professional detail shop. It was clear that the host takes great pride in maintaining their vehicle. What really stood out was the host’s attentiveness when we experienced a flat tire. They were incredibly responsive, went out of their way to help us, and made sure we were back up and running as quickly as possible. Their level of care and customer service was exceptional. Overall, this host completely outperformed the big rental companies in both service and personal attention. I would absolutely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, clean vehicle and an outstanding host!
First rental with Turo and it was very easy. Nice car, great communication with owner. Would rent again!
Amazing experience from start to finish! The car was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything went smoothly with both pickup and drop-off, and the host was very friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire trip. The whole process was stress-free and made the trip that much better. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable car and a great host. 10/10 experience!
We had a great experience renting this Buick Enclave! The entire process was smooth and easy from start to finish. Picking up and dropping off the vehicle at Orlando Sanford Airport was super convenient and made traveling so much easier. The vehicle worked out perfectly for our trip, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely rent again and highly recommend!
The Santa Fe was perfect! The entire rental process was smooth! I highly recommend!!
