Great experience renting through Turo! The car pickup process was easy and smooth, and the car was very clean upon arrival. One thing that really stood out was that the owner offered the option to use his existing Mister Car Wash membership to keep the car clean during our trip, which saved us both money and stress. We’ve used Turo several times before and this is the first time anyone has offered something like that. Communication was quick, and the customer service was very pleasant throughout the rental. It was clear that the car is very well-maintained and properly cared for, both cosmetically and mechanically. The ride was incredibly smooth throughout the entire trip, and the overall driving experience was comfortable and enjoyable. One of my favorite features was the LED lighting that synced with the music, which added a unique and fun touch to the experience. The highlight of the trip, however, was definitely the Full Self Driving feature. It worked impressively well and made traveling much more convenient and relaxing. Wendy provided a high-quality rental experience, and I would absolutely recommend booking with her to anyone looking for a reliable, clean, and enjoyable vehicle.
