Just to clarify for future bookings, this is a fully contactless pickup/drop off. The location is provided through Turo, and I send detailed instructions along with the lockbox code to access the key.

The car was excellent! The car was very clean on the inside and the outside. It still has that new car smell. With Christian, the host and the Turo app, it was a very smooth and easy car rental process. Definitely five stars!

I had an amazing experience renting through Turo! The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Picking up the key was incredibly easy and hassle-free, which made the trip start off stress-free.
My host was also very communicative, responsive, and helpful throughout the rental. They made sure everything was clear and were quick to answer any questions I had.
Overall, I’m super satisfied with this experience and would absolutely rent from them again. Highly recommend!
