This suburban was perfect for a large family trip to Disney World. Aside from large passenger vans, you cannot rent an 8 passenger vehicle from traditional car rental companies. The windshield was cracked by renters right before us, but host reached out and communicated it- offered to let us continue to rent it as is, offered a different vehicle in their fleet, or were willing to help us cancel with Turo. We opted to continue to rent with the crack, and it did not hinder the usage at all!!! Definitely recommend!

Pickup was easy and convenient, the car was in pristine condition waiting for me! I really enjoyed driving it. It also fit all our needs being a bigger party and all. The hosts were helpful and super responsive. Definitely a recommendation!
