Ramon was truly incredible throughout our entire trip. His service was far beyond what you would normally expect from a Turo host. After we unfortunately hit a deer with his vehicle, his first concern was not the car, it was making sure we were okay, safely back to our room, and able to get into another vehicle. He stayed in communication with me, guided me through every step of the process, and made a very stressful situation feel much more manageable. His kindness, patience, and level of care were consistent from beginning to end. We are so grateful for how he handled everything and would absolutely rent from Ramon again.

Pickup was easy. Brandon brought the car to us at the airport and showed us around the Jeep. We were able to drop it off and he came and picked it up quickly. Car was 4x4 which came in handy. He also included two cans of bear spray, which was very nice, as it’s pricey to purchase or rent. Also had phone charging adapter in car. Very happy with the vehicle!
Ramon and the jeep were a 10/10! Host was quick to respond before and during the trip. Car was in perfect order and a smooth drive on windy roads. Pickup and drop off were contactless, which made starting the trip at odd hours possible. Highly recommend!
