This was my third time using Turo ( as opposed to a traditional rental car company) . There were some glitches with the car we had reserved so Ramon swapped it out with another that was actually better than what we reserved. It was difficult to do the updates to this online because of where we were once we left the airport area. This all worked out just fine. It's when things don't go as planned that you really see the value of Turo and we were happy with Ramon and the outcome. Typically I wouldn't want to see a Turo car owner in person ... it's vacation and long hours traveling are not a good time for meet and greet! That said, Ramon was helpful. Drop off instructions are getting a little lengthy in my opinion (reminds me of what is happened with Airbnb) ......with a traditional Rental company you literally drive up and go .... if not filled up they just do it and bill you , the trash and cleaning is done by them you are not tasked with taking lots of car photos and following complicated lock up instructions.... I hope all Turo owners will keep that in mind. Ease of use to is always paramount to Travellers......they may not have time to get bogged down in rental drop off instructions. Ramon was helpful , literally drove us to airport door from rental lot so I am grateful (not complaining ) but I help Turo owners can keep this in mind. Kalispell/Glacier rentals are limited and pricey. We would definitely recommend Ramon and his cars as a great value! Thanks again Ramon
