⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was, without question, one of the best rental vehicle experiences I’ve ever had. The Ford Bronco was absolutely perfect for exploring Oahu. It was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and surprisingly easy to maneuver, whether I was navigating Waikiki, winding mountain roads, or cruising along the coast. The visibility was excellent, the ride was smooth, and it gave us plenty of room for luggage, beach gear, and everything we needed for our family adventure. What truly made this experience exceptional, however, was the customer service. From start to finish, communication was outstanding. Every question was answered promptly, the pickup process was seamless, and the level of professionalism and kindness made us feel valued as guests rather than just another reservation. This vehicle became part of some of our most memorable moments in Hawaii, from breathtaking scenic drives to spontaneous stops along the island. Knowing we had a reliable, comfortable vehicle allowed us to enjoy every moment of our trip without stress. 5 stars all day. Rented the convertible Porsche for our Vegas trip and it was an absolute dream. The car was kept at the airport for us, so pickup was seamless — no waiting, no rental counter, just keys and go. Spotless, perfectly maintained, and a total head-turner with the top down on the Strip. Communication from the host was quick and professional from start to finish. **5 Stars** We had a great experience renting this 2020 Mustang convertible from Macondo. The car was clean, ready on time, and exactly what we were hoping for during our Myrtle Beach trip. It was a perfect day to have the top down and cruise around the area. Pickup and drop-off were simple, communication was clear, and the host was upfront about a minor backup camera issue, which did not affect our trip at all. Overall, the car was fun, sharp-looking, and made for a really memorable day on vacation. I would definitely rent from Macondo again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fun ride in Myrtle Beach.

Pickup was seamless and the drop-off process at the garage was just as easy. The car was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. I thoroughly enjoyed driving it throughout the trip. The highlight was definitely the convertible top; it made cruising around and enjoying the California sunshine even more memorable. Erlis (and his wife) was a great host. Communication and timeliness was consistent and reasonable. Erlis helped tremendously with an issue I was having and went above and beyond as a host to assure the issue was resolved. The Audi A3 was at a great price and drove very smoothly and the maitenance was up to date. Although I had just a one day reservation, I enjoyed the vehicle and the hosts. I would recommend to others to get the experience of a nice vehicle and great hosts. Hopefully, I will be a repeat customer.

Great trip! Responsive and helpful host. Took the bus to the lot, owner unlocked the car, and we were free. Reverse for pickup - exactly what I was hoping for. Great car for getting around the city and good fun with the convertible top. Bring a Type A to USB -C for Android Auto .
