Chad communicated very well with us and responded promptly. The only thing I would mention about renting a jeep is if you aren’t familiar with how they drive and you plan to drive Going To The Sun Road, you might want to choose a different vehicle. The wheel base is high and wheels are close together so it doesn’t give you the same feeling of stability as something that sits lower to the ground. On this narrow road that could be a challenge for you. We were new to jeeps and still drove this four times during our trip but it took some getting used to.

The Jeep met our needs perfectly. Montana had some bad weather while we visited and this helped us feel comfortable and safe while exploring Glacier National Park. Chad was helpful in finding solutions to our pickup/drop off needs when the Turo app wouldn’t allow modifications to the trip. Chad went above and beyond to help us and I appreciate the effort.
