Ramon was truly incredible throughout our entire trip. His service was far beyond what you would normally expect from a Turo host. After we unfortunately hit a deer with his vehicle, his first concern was not the car, it was making sure we were okay, safely back to our room, and able to get into another vehicle.
He stayed in communication with me, guided me through every step of the process, and made a very stressful situation feel much more manageable. His kindness, patience, and level of care were consistent from beginning to end. We are so grateful for how he handled everything and would absolutely rent from Ramon again.
