Kara was great with instructions on where the car was located, the lock box was easy to use. Car was so quite, we couldn't tell if it was on. Very comfortable SUV. Overall, great experience!
Megan made the pick up and drop off super easy. The car is in great condition and drives well in rainy and dry conditions. It's a nice bonus to drive a hybrid with gas prices being so high. I'll definitely see if Megan's car is available next time I'm in town.

I had an emergency and was not able to pick up the car. Although I made the mistake of booking a non-refundable fare, Weston was so nice about the last minute cancellation and communicated several times to try to assist. I appreciated that very much. Although I never saw the car, just by Weston’s response, I am assured the vehicle would have been what I expected and I will definitely rent from him again should the need arise!
Everything was awesome. Kara was super helpful with ideas for otherbplaces to see. Car was a short walk from the port. If you are thinking of going to Mendenhal Glacier with more than 2 people, this is the way to go. 5 ships in port. We got there while only one tour bus was there. Spent enough time to see everything.
