⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing experience! The car was clean, exactly as described, and drove perfectly. The host was so friendly, communicative, and went above and beyond by even dropping me off afterward so I didn’t have to Uber back. Such a thoughtful touch! I would absolutely rent from her again. Highly recommend!

Dear James As we had never used Turo before, nor had we been at Juneau Airport in 30 years, we were unsure of where to find the car. Most of the issue was my phone would NOT connect to the internet, even after trying to change the settings, and restarting it 3 times. So I could not connect with you, nor get to the page which told us the information. With no other options, I called Turo customer service, and the gentleman was very helpful, patient, and kind. After verifying my identity, he provided us with the license plate number. If you drove in, the short-term lot was clearly marked, but if walking, NOT clearly marked! But a local had told us this lot was where the Turo cars were usually parked. By that time, we were panicking. That morning, we had come by bus from downtown with what we thought was plenty of time to drive to an expensive tour we had scheduled. Turned out the car was right in front of our faces when we walked out of the airport, BUT in the handicap row, which we never thought to look. We eliminated every other white car in the lot before we found it. Whew! And because I could not get on the internet, your timely messages could not be seen. The car was clean, easy to drive, and worked well. When we returned the car, (at 5am before our flight) we knew to put the lockbox back on the window, but I see you contacted me, and you didn’t know if we had returned the car. If I was supposed to do something to let you know, it was not clearly stated. Sorry. Thank you James!!! All in all, a great car rental experience! I would rent from you again (and be more familiar with the routine!)

First time using Turo. We were a little anxious but it went perfect. Picked up the car at the ferry terminal, where there are no traditional car rental companies, and dropped it off at the airport. The ferry was fours late and that didn't affect anything with the car pickup. Very convenient for us. James responded quickly and thoroughly to questions. I would work with James again and I'd use Turo again.

Clean, comfortable car. Hosts were very helpful with any questions we had, and pick up and drop off were made super easy for us especially coming off the cruise ship not knowing anything. Highly recommend whoever is considering to rent a car.

Car was perfectly good. I think the Juneau cellular service is slow which made the turo app very slow.

Excellent car, great communication, great customer service, and even brought the car to the cruise terminal so we could hop in and start our day as soon as the ship let us go. 😀 Will use this car next time we are in Juno!
