We had a great time exploring Juneau thank you for your timely response and the location for pick up was perfect right outside our cruise ship. We sailed on the Star princess and was able to explore the town for 5 hours. The car was perfect for my family of 4, it will fit 5 people and the trunk space is big! Would use again for a future trip in Juneau!
This was my first time using Turo and I was so happy I did! Jesse made the process seamless and stress free. She had the car waiting for us at the airport with clear instructions of its location and how to get in. The car was clean, nice, ran well and perfect for us - 5 adults and one toddler in a car seat. He also honored my request to park the car near the cruise ship when we came in to dock. He provided excellent instructions relating where the car would be parked. In addition, Shawn’s car was extremely clean, provided great gas mileage, and was very comfortable. I would always rent this vehicle when in Juneau!
