Tara was a wonderful host! This was our first time using turo and we were very anxious about it. But Tara provided easy instructions, charging location options (since we used her EV), and provided us with a very easy pick up and return. She made the process very easy and the car was as clean as if we'd driven it right off the lot. Tara was a wonderful host and I would highly recommend reaching out to her for your car rental needs in Juneau!
Shawn is so easy to deal with and extremely responsive. The car was fun to drive, was in very good condition and got wonderful gas mileage. I’d definitely rent from him again if I find myself in Juneau again.
Excellent customer service. Car was clean. Full tank of gas parked where she said it would be and key was in right location. SUV ran great. Does have a few bumper scuffs and a small crack on the passenger lower windshield, but other than that great service will use her again.

The car was as advertised. The pickup/drop off location was next to where our ship docked. Jennifer was a great host and responded in a timely manner to my questions.
The host was phenomenal! Allowed early pickup, flexible with returning. Very communicative. The car was clean and very comfortable to drive, very spacious seating for a compact suv. I did notice some squeaking of the brakes but maybe they're new? Ample cargo space with the option to fold down. I would definitely consider this host again!
Our flight got canceled so we didn’t make it to Juneau. We didn’t get a chance to drive Shawn’s car but are going to try again on Thursday. Great communication and understanding of delays!
Excellent, Excellent, Excellent! Everything with Jennifer and her Tahoe were perfect. She arraigned for me to easily pick up in the morning and just as simple to drop off at the end of the day. The SUV was is great condition and drove wonderfully. Plenty of room for my family of 7. Jennifer always responded quickly to my questions and let me know what I needed for a seamless rental. Highly recommend!

Had a great trip with Zachary! The van was huge and clean. Easy pickup and drop off with clear instructions. I didn’t think about how are parking fees associated with airport delivery. It was $15 for me to leave the airport. That’s just what it costs to use the JNU airport parking lot.
