What a great first experience using Turo! From start to finish the communication with Shaw was fast, helpful and easy to understand.
The car was waiting for us when we arrived exactly where Shawn said it would be and his directions to get there were clear and concise. It was great to get off our cruise ship, walk a short distance and have a car waiting for us to tour around Juneau.
The car was tidy, in great condition, and comfortable. An overall fantastic experience and I would highly recommend renting with Shawn!!!
