We loved renting this van for our big family while we were in town on a cruise! Communication was great and it was all so quick and easy. We especially lucked out because our ship docked right next to the garage where the van was parked and I was fully prepared to walk a ways to get it. We did overestimate how long we needed the van (partly because of the rain and partly because kids were tired and ready to head back to the ship), so we did pay for more hours than we really needed. But we have no regrets with our rental and would happily do it again. Thank you, Zachary!
