Our issue was that we estimated our arrival time, thinking the exact timing we got the car was irrelevant, as long as we were within our booked time. It turns out the car was in a metered parking spot and would've been canceled if we didn't get it within 2 hours. They said it's turo's policy but it would be useful to point out this detail, to avoid the panic I dealt with thinking we would lose our booking. They were very nice once I realized it and need more time, by adjusting the parking time on the meter. We also had to put a small amount back on when returning. It was minimal cost but an extra step, so I think it should be pointed out ahead of time. The car itself was very clean and it was convenient that they brought it to the cruise port for us. We would use them again, but I would suggest double checking on parking/pick up instructions.
