The communication via text was really good.
The owner informed me of his delivery fee of $28 one day before the pick up. I wish he was clear of his additional delivery fee upfront.
I clearly told him that he had a delivery fee to the port and it was gonna cost him $25 and I let him know the exact spot where it says on my app where he needs to look for the delivery fee. I’m sorry that TURO charges an additional three dollars for the delivery. Hopefully he would look a little bit better or I could do my job a little bit better to make him more at ease the next time he rinse my car.
