My first experience with Turo and am pleased it went well. Great car and I was familiar with it as its what I drive at home. Hybrid so its easy on gas. Clean, comfortable too.
Claire was excellent with communications. Very quick to reply. Claire was accomodating for our docking site in Juneau and had tons of suggestions for what to see and do. The key lock box is a cool way to do things. The instructions sound a bit complex until you get hands on and then its quite easy to retrieve the key.
Really was a pleasure hiring the car and getting to visit everywhere we wanted and in out own schedule (eg Mendenhall in the afternoon was empty in early August)
Consider taking along a paper map of the area in case your cel doesnt work once you leave downtown.
