We Rented a Tesla with Full Self Driving From the very start we were able to touch base with the host Michele She was very responsive, caring, and amiable. The Tesla we rented was beautiful and in perfect condition Michele was helpful regarding our timing and pick up location. It was the best car rental experience we have ever had. The personal attention we received not only on the day of pick up but throughout the trip was comforting and very much appreciated. I cannot express in words just how nice, pleasant, and overall wonderful it was to do business with someone of this high standard. Michele made our trip special.

The car and service were great. This Tesla (at the time of our rental) had FSD which made the significant amount of driving we had to do a breeze. I was able to safely enjoy the views while the car did most of the work for me. The Tesla was clean and had no issues. Drop off and pickup were a breeze from the airport. It was convenient and communication was good. A car seat was provided (although we did not need it), but convenient nonetheless. Next time we return, I hope we are able to rent this car again. Customer service and quality of the vehicle were fantastic.

THIS IS A MUST HAVE CAR RENT. PLEASE RENT FOR YOUR OWN GOOD. VERY GOOD PRICE AND EVEN BETTER SERVICE. DO NOT BE AFRAID OF THE BEAST MODE - THATS THE WAY TO ACTUALLY DRIVE THIS BEAST. BUT BE AS GENTLE AS YOU CAN TO REALLY EXPERIENCE IT.

Phantom was new, clean, and drove great. Communication was smooth and the complimentary Supercharging, FSD, and car wash access were awesome perks! The only minor downside was paying extra airport parking fees due to a flight delay, but the car was staged on time. Would definitely rent again!

The Tesla FSD is crazy good and easy to drive! Host is very friendly too helped with our questions patiently. Enjoyed a perfect trip with Tesla, car is new and beautiful!

Ted is an absolute top-tier host! He was prompt, punctual, and made the entire process completely hassle-free from start to finish. He met me right on time and provided a wonderfully thorough check-in, making sure I was totally comfortable with the car before heading out. To top it off, the pickup location was incredibly convenient. Just a short, easy walking distance from the Burbank airport terminal. If you’re flying into Burbank and want a seamless, reliable car rental experience, rent from Ted. I’ll definitely be booking with him again!

The car was awesome. We wanted to test it out cause we are looking at getting a Tesla. Had FSD and was a treat.

Anzhelika was amazing from beginning to end! She was very communicative, friendly, and responsive throughout the entire trip. Meeting her for the handoff was such a pleasant experience and she made everything feel easy and comfortable right away. The car itself was incredible and honestly the perfect test run for me since I’m considering buying a Tesla. I had such a great experience driving it and really enjoyed the trip. It was clean and ready to go and all I had to do was take pictures of the car before enjoying it. At the end of the rental, meeting back up was just as smooth and seamless as the beginning. I would absolutely rent from Anzhelika again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great Turo experience!

Pickup location super sunny! Love california. They could probably use a better glass cleaner for windshield, but everything runs smooth and he’ll probably be replacing the air filters soon. Tesla air filters dirty real quick and you can smell it at startup, unless new strangers are in your car, so they do, it’s tough, but this car was otherwise excellent, would rent again. Ryan stayed in communication and was helpful.

Alex was very responsive, helpful and understanding for my change of schedule. If I had a question, he would answer it pretty fast. We came in the afternoon and finding the car was seem-less. Car was extremely clean and well taken care of. Had enough charge to get us through the days we needed it. Drove smooth and had no issues. Highly recommend renting from Alex and his Tesla.
