Everything you could ask for in a Turo host. Yesid was kind and courteous in conversation, patient and absolutely responsive. Thank you for working with me through the obstacles we encountered, you are truly appreciated. I would definitely rent from him again. The pickup process and location was the most convenient I’ve experienced, all thanks to this host. As far as the vehicle goes, this is my 5th Turo rental and my favorite thus far. The vehicle was sound and spotless, but to elaborate more on the Kia Seltos… it was an SUV that’s neither too big nor too small; sizable enough to feel safe in but small enough to maneuver tight spots. Know that what it lacks in size it makes up for power. This vehicle has all the kick when you need a boost. Its gas economy is also a feature to highlight considering gas prices in California. And as an added bonus, the sound system was amazing, crisp acoustics, clarity and surround sound. Enjoyable ride all around, hands down.

Although the app said I returned the car past the time. The owner of the car and I were communicating and he knew I returned the car earlier than the drop off time, n good condition and full tank. The owner was always quick to answer my texts, super easy going, and the KIA van was very nice! I would call it luxury. It has a beautiful interior. And drives like a dream. I would definitely rent again. Nice car, nice owner, and a good experience from start to finish. Thank you 🙏🏻

Exceeded expectations. Owner made pickup very easy, less than 5 min walk from baggage claim. Car was immaculate and surprisingly fun to drive. Excellent gas mileage for driving back and forth between Inglewood & the West SFV. Drop off was just as convenient. Owner was responsive, communicated clearly, polite, and accommodating. No question - I'll rent this car again! If you're on the fence about what to rent, look no further!

Harutyun was great to rent from. Fast communication, easy pick up and drop off from Burbank airport. The car was clean and charged. It drove great. This was a very easy and seamless Turo experience. I would rent this car again.

Fantastic car in beautiful condition! The owner was so accommodating, even meeting us at the Burbank airport just outside of baggage claim, then, meeting back there when we left. We'll definitely rent with him again, it was a wonderful experience.

Karo was excellent to work with. Communication was quick and he met all expectations. Pickup and drop off couldn’t be more convenient. The hybrid van (Kia Carnival) was very nice and well appointed. I would highly recommend to rent from Karo!

The car is in good shape, the pickup next door to Burbank airport was easy, good communication from the hosts. The only thing I didn’t really get was the requirement for premium gas in a Kia Optima… The economy is crazy right now, and Kia is already designed to run on 87. It just would have been nice to know before booking a Kia that I would be expected to fill up with turbo / luxury car gas.

Nicole is always extremely accommodating and helpful, even when I realized last minute I made an error in my trip reservation and needed to end the trip a day earlier than planned on the app, she was able to spring into action and retrieve the car. She’s the best host on the app!

What a great car and host. Car was clean and well maintained and a smooth drive Hosts were flexible and communicative. Pickup and drop off were clear and easy. If you don't usually drive a Kia you may want to look up how to change the volume and pop the gas tank.

Easiest car rental I’ve had on Turo. Dude was super nice and I was easily able to extend my trip for an extra day for a great price. Highly recommend for my friends out there visiting the Valley. Thanks man!
