Kia rental in Glendale, CA

Although the app said I returned the car past the time. The owner of the car and I were communicating and he knew I returned the car earlier than the drop off time, n good condition and full tank. The owner was always quick to answer my texts, super easy going, and the KIA van was very nice! I would call it luxury. It has a beautiful interior. And drives like a dream. I would definitely rent again. Nice car, nice owner, and a good experience from start to finish. Thank you 🙏🏻

What a great car and host. Car was clean and well maintained and a smooth drive Hosts were flexible and communicative. Pickup and drop off were clear and easy. If you don't usually drive a Kia you may want to look up how to change the volume and pop the gas tank.

Great car, very new, easy pickup, great host, no complaints at all! If you do rent this car, I’d go ahead and familiarize yourself with the real-world practicalities of charging it: where you can do it, how fast, etc. It’ll come in very handy

Arthurs Kia Carnival is the perfect vacation car. Fits up to 7 people + luggage. Second time renting from Arthur and couldn't be happier. The car is brand new and drives super smooth and does impressive gas milage for being hybrid.

The car was great! This was my first time renting from Turo and it was nice to have such an easy interface. The only thing is that there wasn’t clear drop off instructions- no address to parking lot C nor did it come up on maps (but the host sent us after circling!), the lot was full so we couldn’t enter at first, there wasn’t instruction to send the host the lot # so we had to run back and grab it. I’d just make sure to ask for all the info before you leave for the airport!

Person that helped me out was amazing. My last reservation got canceled last minute and she was able to help me out quickly and get me and my family into a car that we needed to celebrate my sons birthday. She even saw that I was arriving earlier and helped me out so that way we wouldn’t be waiting long to pick up the rental. Would recommend this person again.

Marcel’s hybrid minivan was absolutely perfect for our trip! The vehicle was spotless, extremely comfortable, and ideal for our family – plenty of space for everyone and all of our luggage. The hybrid engine made it incredibly fuel-efficient, saving us a lot on gas during our long drive. Marcel himself was a pleasure to work with. He was punctual with both the drop-off and pick-up, which made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. Communication was clear and friendly from start to finish. This was by far one of the best Turo experiences we’ve ever had. We’d 100% rent from Marcel again and highly recommend him and his vehicle to anyone looking for a reliable, family-friendly, and economical ride!
