Desert Cruiser was such an accommodating host and made the rental process as smooth as possible. The RAV4 was as advertised, and was the perfect car for our long drives throughout Arizona. The Desert Cruiser team responded very quickly, and even let us extend our trip on such short notice. To anyone visiting the surrounding Phoenix area, I would highly recommend renting with them. Johnny was the best host ever, his communication was second to none. He always responded to my texts and went above and beyond. He even helped me when i made a mistake with the key and was locked out. He drove to me to help and resolve it, when he did not have too. Great car, person and communicator. You will not be disappointed if you rent from him.

Our first time using Turo, and we honestly loved the experience! It was so nice not having to deal with the typical corporate rental car check-in and checkout process or wait in line. The Turo app was very user-friendly, and our hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. We also loved the minivan! It was so comfortable, easy to drive, and incredibly convenient to get in and out of. Honestly, we loved it so much that we may eventually end up buying one ourselves! 😂 Overall, it made our trip so easy and stress-free. We’ll definitely be using Turo again!
