The host was great, but the car itself is more than a little disappointing. It's not actually leather, it's these awful fake leather seat covers that slide around and come undone while you're moving in and out of the car constantly. There's also only one single very slow old style USB port for charging, and it is so slow that my phone was actively losing power when plugged into it.

We respect your review, while we don’t necessarily advertise the car as being with leather seats, you are right they are leather seats covers. This helps keep the car clean for all renters.
We are not sure why it came undone on your trip, but we have fixed it.
We also believe you’re talking about the USB that’s meant to be used to plug your phone into the car for the radio. There’s another one that allows for more power as well.

The car was clean, compacted and the tinted windows is a plus. Pick up and drop off is very easy and fast. The host is quick to respond, great car and experience. Would rent again!
