Lenore's Nissan Kicks was an incredibly great car for a multi-day, small family road trip. My daughter bragged about the comfort and safety of the back seat, and I really enjoyed driving. The car had great AC, and the windshield wipers got some use too. Pick-up and drop off was convenient and the records kept by our host were accurate. Lenore's communication was everything you would expect from a 5-star host and I would most definitely use another one of her vehicles in the future.
The host was very accommodating. Communication was great. The only concern that I had, which I did share with the host was that the car was making a weird noise. I’m not sure what it could have been. My first thoughts were the rotors or ball joints. Host reassured me that maintenance had just been completed prior to my trip. At the end of the day, I would rent again.
