I’m not sure if there was a glitch in the app but instead of a 11 hour rental, I was given a one hour car rental. With no help from the company or TURO, I lost my money and never even touched the car.

Second time renting this vehicle, and another great experience! The car is comfortable, easy to drive, and overall a great rental.

So easy to work with and incredibly patient and accommodating with a couple of issues I ran into. The car was clean, comfortable, and great to drive. Drop-off and pick-up were both super easy as well. Highly recommend!
