I rented this Toyota Corolla for about six weeks and overall had a really good experience. The car runs well, is reliable, fuel-efficient, and was great for everyday driving. If you’re looking for a comfortable, practical car to get around in, it definitely does the job. I would say it’s more suited for normal everyday driving rather than someone looking for a sporty or high-performance driving experience. The only issue I noticed was with the passenger-side speaker. Once the volume gets around 20–25 or higher, there is a noticeable rattling/vibration coming from that side. I enjoy listening to music while driving, so I usually had to keep the volume lower than I normally would to avoid the rattling. It wasn’t an issue with the actual operation of the car, but it’s something I think future renters who enjoy their music a little louder may want to know. Other than that, I had no issues with the vehicle during my rental. The host was also very communicative and regularly checked in to make sure everything was going well and to see if I needed anything or wanted to extend my rental. Pickup and return were both easy, quick, and straightforward. Overall, it was a reliable rental and a good experience!

He worked with me when my schedule changed, was very responsive to any call or text, and honored the price of the vehicle even when the circumstances changed. Camille was very responsive to any questions and her Toyota Sienna fit our needs perfectly. We would definitely recommend renting through her again. The Sienna is so much nicer than a Chrysler Pacifica, which is what most rental companies offer. The only thing to note about this new van: it has one USB-A port by the driver, one charging pad, two USB-Cs on the front console and 2 USB-C inside the console to help with planning.

It was the perfect vehicle for our family trip, with plenty of space for everyone and our luggage. Most importantly, it was reliable and made us feel safe throughout the entire journey. The host was friendly, responsive, and made both pickup and drop-off quick and hassle-free. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We had a wonderful family trip, and I would definitely rent this Sienna again. Highly recommended!

Minivan was very new and drove well on our family summer road trip. We were visiting Tennesse and the Carolinas which had hilly driving. The Minivan had plenty of power and handling to drive through mountain roads. We have a Thule cargo box that was able mount to the roof crossbars. Plenty of cargo space from the trunk and Thule for 6 people and a dog! AC worked well and there are plenty of charging ports (could be better if it had more than 1 USB ports). Apple car play and Android auto worked well except switching phones connections was a little fidgety. Only issue I had was that there was no spare tire and felt uneased driving through mountain roads with little to no reception. Owners communication was clear and fast. Definitely would rent this Minivan for road trips again.

Dan is an excellent host. Tons of instructions and direction from him, as well as quick responsiveness, which I really appreciate. The vehicle was in tip-top shape aesthetically, and ran great with no issues. A seamless trip, all the way around and I would recommend him to anyone needing to rent a car.
