MOY Drive was an awesome experience! I needed a long term rental and I got a reasonable rate and the customer service was Amazing! The car was top notch! Any communication during the time I rented was handled quickly! I had to extend the trip several times and did so with no problems!! I highly recommend MOY Drive if you are Looking to rent! This van was perfect for our family vacation roomier, high tech cruise control worked great, car was clean ac blew cold all throughout, the host walked us through any minor issues as far a back lift gate so we were aware when loading , we had a blow out in the middle of no where and turo customer service wasn't helpful their solution was tow the car back to the host we were 4hrs away with still 6 hrs left to our destination was not pleased with their protocol the host was aware and agreed to help send something back due to the issue , will definitely rent again this host communication was on point even at our time of need.
Daniel was an amazing host! He was extremely nice, helpful, and kept checking on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. He even offered to let me return the vehicle late without charging extra fees, which I truly appreciated. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout the rental. The car itself was absolutely amazing! It had all the features, drove incredibly smooth, and was great on gas. I loved it so much it made me want one for myself. Everything about the experience was perfect. I will definitely recommend Daniel and will absolutely rent from him again. Thank you for such a great experience! ⭐️🚗🙌
Really appreciate the experience. This car was cute and spacious. It was a surprise of car being clean and having full tank of gas. It gets great MPG which is a bonus with high gas price.
I truly enjoyed this car and the features especially the price 🥳, I’ve rented cars before and always wished they had a phone mount and guess what this car did a magnet one at that.. so it was so easy to use with no hassle. I recently rented this beautiful Kia Sorento from Daniel and I had a fantastic experience. The car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I needed for my trip with my daughter who is 3 yrs old. She had plenty of leg room in the back and her favorite part was the magnificent moonroof. Daniel was incredibly helpful and efficient!!! I would highly recommend this beautiful SUV to anyone.
