I have used Turo for years. I have picked up at airport and in person. The pick up process with this host was less than desirable. He was late. He tried to do everything via text instead of through the app. He wanted me to watch him take pictures of his vehicle (which should have been done before I arrived). He basically wanted to read the entire reservation to me (as though I was a child). He continued to remind me of what had already been communicated on the app. It was annoying. I asked if there were any issues with the vehicle I needed to know about. The host said the passenger auto sliding door does not close all the way and it has to be physically pushed to close all the way. He also said the back hatch door does not open all the way and that we would have to physically push it all the way open. He claimed this was a minor problem. That was not true. It was a MAJOR problem. Throughout the entire trip the door would beep unless we manually closed the door. It was not convenient. Every time we needed to load/unload it was a chore trying to get the back hatch to stay open. Most time getting hit in the head. I complained about this and asked the host for a credit for the inconvenience. He did not respond. I would recommend to NOT rent this vehicle until the host can prove that these problems have been fixed. It is not worth the trouble - especially if you are loading & unloading a lot of items on a trip.

This is an awesome man to rent from. He’s very understandable very communicative and respectful. I really appreciate everything you do for me. I would definitely recommend him 10/10!!!!!!
