Kareem was absolutely great. I've rented from turo many times and only had one issue in the past: communication - that was not an issue with kareem at all. He was super fast in his replies which is not a "standard" on the turo app. He was very flexible in changing the pickup location with advance notice. Car was clean, tidy, worked flawless. For this price and his overall service orientation I'd hire him again anytime. Thank you Kareem!
