Roland was great and very accommodating. Car was a smooth ride. FYI, the Tesla key card is fragile and can easily break which will create an inconvenience and can potentially end your trip early. Will definitely rent from Roland in the future.
The cyberbeast was simply amazing. so glad it has FSD (full-self-driving). The vehicle was clean, well maintained and was delivered on-time with a good state of charge. Patrick was a wonderful host and I appreciate him for hosting the truck to allow people to enjoy this unique experience. I am an existing Tesla owner, so the onboarding of the app to gain access to drive the vehicle was smooth. I did not need any instructions so it was easy to just get in and drive. I was able to use supercharging stations as needed but the one thing I had overlooked was thinking that the supercharging fees would be billed based on my app profile by default (my payment card), thinking it would switch to me automatically, but it didn't - Patrick invoiced me for the charging fees after he collected the vehicle.
I rented this Cybertruck from Phillip on Turo and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The host had the vehicle waiting at the agreed upon location right on time. The truck was spotless, very clean, and in excellent condition. Philip was an incredible host, super communicative, and always quick to respond to any questions or needs I had throughout the rental. Everything went smoothly, and the Cybertruck itself drove amazingly. I’ll definitely be renting from Phillip again. Highly recommend.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Octavia provided excellent service and was available for my questions about the car. I rented her Model Y and upgraded to full self driving. I would highly recommend this upgrade if taking a long trip. It ensures the safety of the drivers (and the car) and even avoided some reckless drivers on the road. Great car, great host! Do not hesitate on this rental!!!!
