We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Octavia provided excellent service and was available for my questions about the car. I rented her Model Y and upgraded to full self driving. I would highly recommend this upgrade if taking a long trip. It ensures the safety of the drivers (and the car) and even avoided some reckless drivers on the road. Great car, great host! Do not hesitate on this rental!!!!

Pleasant pickup but the return was confusing
Hi Ross, thank you for commenting. However, I sent you detailed information about the return and explained it in person when we met at the airport for pick up. I messaged you twice before return — once the day before and once the day of — to ask if you needed anything and to coordinate return but you didn’t respond. You also did not mention that return was confusing when we saw each other during return. It is unfortunate that you chose to take a star for this when it could have been prevented.
