This car drove great the entire trip — smooth and reliable from start to finish. It’s small, but it’s got surprising get-up-and-go when you need it, and it was fantastic on gas. I drove it 8 hours straight from Fort Collins, Co to Utah with zero issues. Pickup and drop-off were both quick and easy, and the car was clean when I got it. My invoice for the gas charge came through fast with no hassle. I even left my wallet in the car after drop-off — they gave me their home address, gathered my things, and let me come pick them up. Above-and-beyond customer service. Highly recommend! Great customer service

We had a car emergency and needed a rental. We were out of staters stuck in town. We've always used Enterprise but every single traditional car rental was closed. Pim's Auto Rentals popped up under the others. I clicked the map and saw it was a house. Very confused I called the number. Rick answered the phone and explained the process and sent me a link. Everything was smooth and effortless. My only issue was understanding the check out/in process in the app. Overall, the host/owner was respectful, the process was really easy, and the Elantra had excellent MPG!

The car was amazing and it was nice to have something nice available to rent after 1pm on a Saturday when regular rental companies are already closed. The host was great too.. there was a personal note inside the car as well as a thing of trail mix and water bottle which was a really nice touch. The car is also very clean which was nice. The only thing I would say is the first time driver is that on the general website when signing up it says that you’ll be notified of where to get the keys and so I didn’t know where in the process I would so I checked in the vehicle and I still didn’t get a notification. It wasn’t really a big deal cause obviously I could figure out to pick them up at the house, but it’s kind of conflicting information with the main website as a first time user of the system. I will rent again!

Hyundai Elantra 2020

The vehicle gets great gas mileage! It is easy to drive and has plenty of room in the trunk for luggage. Might be a little snug in the back seat for adults that are 6 feet tall or more but not a big deal for kids and trips that are not very long. We are all very tall in our family 5 foot 9 inches tall and up and not one person complained. The process was easy and we would use this vehicle or something similar again. Great service!
