It was nice drove nice. No problems with the car, though I did not use it for the whole 2 days like I said, but it was a nice vehicle and I will rent for them again thank you.

We had a car emergency and needed a rental. We were out of staters stuck in town. We've always used Enterprise but every single traditional car rental was closed. Pim's Auto Rentals popped up under the others. I clicked the map and saw it was a house. Very confused I called the number. Rick answered the phone and explained the process and sent me a link. Everything was smooth and effortless. My only issue was understanding the check out/in process in the app. Overall, the host/owner was respectful, the process was really easy, and the Elantra had excellent MPG!

Ricky was great. Really liked the car. However, Turo's online system
is not user friendly for an elderly
person with limited technology skills. Unfortunately it took 3 calls to Turo help desk, numerous calls
to Rick, and help from my priest to upload my DL and a selfie for a second time.
You can say that about the app, you had issues with. I'm the only one that gets graded on this. Responding 3 stars looks poorly upon me.
