One of the best customers
This car was not at all as described, has a ton of minor damage. I had to buy coolant for the engine, the trunk didnt work, the gas cap was missing, and at one point the battery died. I reached out to the host and they said i could exchange the car with another... 90 minutes away! They knew the car had these problems and should have exchanged the vehicle for me before my trip even began. As a touring musician carrying 200lbs of gear, I would love to send the host the chiropractor bill I'll have when I get home from not being able to use the trunk, and the bill for coolant and jumped cables. I will be seeking a refund. 0/10, would not rent again.

This guest all she wanted was a refund!
Before her trip starts in 3 hours the previous guest returned the car and the trunk doesn't open we had no time to fix it of course so we sent her a message we gave her an option if she wants the car or cancel with full refund!
The car has full coolant but she added over the max she thought the coolant tank must be full and that causes a serious damage and the customers not allowed to do that!
The battery is new we got it April lol
