What a great Turo experience. I chose the vehicle for fuel efficiency, it was smooth and comfortable. Check in and out was straight forward and easy. I’ve never had such great communication, all mediums and aspects messages, email, phone / quick response, effective, efficient. They even accepted a call for non emergency)!! I called to communicate I was running late and they were kind. The best Turo trip I have ever had, no doubt.

In general, the car was awesome and a lot of ways. Extremely clean when we picked it up it ran very well and the transmission options that it has is phenomenal great gas mileage and the individual in which we rented it from was very positive and understanding of our late return I do wish that he understood more of the situation and allowed a wave of the entire late fee but it is part of policing and understandable and so unfortunately we're going to have to bite that but again it was five stars
