James was great! He has the best customer service skills and always makes himself available to answer all my questions. The vehicle was in pristine condition, smoothest ride we have ever had! I highly recommend James and his Ford Escape. This was our first Turo reservation (after many many years of using car rental companies) and Turo has my business from here on.

James was an excellent host. We booked last minute to reach a family member in the Las Cruces ICU and James helped us by positioning the car for quick airport pickup, let us change the drop off time, and was easy to reach all around. Would definitely book again!

This is my second time renting this car from Isaac in a week, it’s a wonderful little car that does great on gas and still has four doors so it’s very roomy for being a smaller vehicle. And definitely not a hatchback that feels stuffy or squished so I continue to encourage everyone to rent from Isaac. He’s a great host and he is very good about communicating and is willing to make it a good fit for what it is that you need. I find them to be very accommodating and I can’t say enough good things, so if you don’t rent it, I’ll probably end up renting it again because it’s just such a great deal on this platform so thank you again Isaac. Can you all have a safe driving out there. Know you’ll be in good hands with Isaac all right take care.

Ney is a wonderful host! Upon picking up her husband greeted me and let me know about the pictures to inspect the condition of the car when receiving. The 12 passenger Ford transit is exactly as pictured. They had just came from the car wash when meeting. The car is spacious and clean. We had a party of 10 with majority being children. The seating arrangement is convenient for allowing passengers to rotate seats at stops to allow stretching and personal space as there seats in the back are individually positioned. Ney is very professional and responsive. We highly recommend her as a host who is reliable and accommodating to her rental customers. We will definitely use her again!

This car is a winner, and not for them obvious reasons that it’s brand new or is you know the car that every everybody is dreaming about. But remember most things in life that you dream about turn out to be a nightmare and this car is not a nightmare, it’s actually really reliable and sturdy and dependable. This vehicle is well price, it does great on that, it still got some sex to it. Now there are some elements that are not the newest component, but hey man, still connected to Bluetooth, still got some music bumping out of it and you can still pack a punch and get you where you need to go in a Zoom Zoom Zoom come let you know. The dry train is really unique because it feels like you’re driving a standard vehicle but automatic for somebody who drove a standard for a very long time it’s got that element feeling like it’s some like you’re pushing in the clutch. The car comes in clutch I mean, who else is charging $50 for a really dependable car and it got the tent so that makes you feel better about being in the sun and Lisa has like a little unique treats like the lighting on the inside is pretty cool. You know it’s roomy, doesn’t feel like you’re crowded or Mush because you’re in a pain car. That thing is that it’s definitely some kind of a one off or is that packaging? I think it might have felt warm on my lower back and I never felt unsafe in the car. Which is important. I don’t know what the same man I just had a thing through the owner. You know he is Isaac is do you know when I rented the car and she’s out of town so you know you think people are out of town they’re not gonna get back to you. I mean he’s very responsive and actually worked out a special opportunity while he was on vacation so the guy dedicated to a customer in the client because a lot of people would just put their phone away and then you know Get notice but he was right back at me and I’m really came through clutch for me too again I can’t say enough. I’m so glad that I started using Truro and also I’m just really glad that I’ve been able to meet. I’m gonna be renting the car because it’s just so well located to the airport and super well located to what seems to be like the new central El Paso, which is the fountain and the Vista mall.
