I had an absolutely wonderful experience with this car rental company from start to finish. Choosing a car through this company turned out to be one of the best decisions for the trip. The car itself exceeded all expectations — incredibly comfortable, very quiet on the road, clean, and perfectly maintained. It honestly looked like it had just left the dealership showroom. The interior smelled fresh and pleasant, and everything was spotless with no unnecessary clutter or imperfections. I was also pleasantly surprised by the fuel economy. The car achieved around 31.5 miles per gallon, which was even better than the official description stated. That made the trip even more enjoyable and economical. His attitude created a fantastic first impression and made the entire experience even better. Overall, I was left with exceptionally positive emotions and truly wonderful impressions. What an amazing vehicle! I had to take my truck in for repairs and decided to rent something nice and a little sporty for the week and was not let down with choosing this BMW. I recently rented a 2016 BMW 528i on Turo and had a fantastic experience. The car was very clean, well-maintained, and drove incredibly smooth. It had plenty of power while still being comfortable and quiet on the highway, which made longer drives really enjoyable. The host was professional, responsive, and made the entire rental process easy from start to finish. Pickup and return were both simple and convenient, and the vehicle was exactly as described in the listing. Overall, this was an excellent rental experience. The car is exactly what you expect when you rent a BMW M2! Super great experience and really a pleasure to drive! Pickup was very easy and straightforward and the same goes for the return of the car. I rented a 2022 BMW X7 M-Sport package with the i6 Turbo from Stark, LLC. The car was clean and smelled clean. No pet or cigarette smells. The car still smells like a new car. The host could be a little faster with the text response, especially when I am trying to pick up the car at 11 pm and tired from the flight. But other than that everything is great. The car had a lot of good features that made my life a lot easier. It has an air suspension that can lower to help you get groceries out of the back or make it easier to get in and out of the car. The engine has a lot of power. Surprisingly the fuel economy is pretty good for being so powerful. As long as you drive slowly it will save on gas. But if you have a lead foot it will burn gas quite fast. It uses only premium gas so keep that in mind when renting. This car has wireless Android Auto and Apple carplay and works great. The Air conditioning is very strong and will cool the car very fast. It also has a remote engine start which is useful for keeping the car cool if it's parked in the sun. I filled up a full tank the day before returning the car. But on my way to the airport got into rush hour traffic and took me way too long to get to the Airport which burned some of the gas. I was charged for the difference. I am happy the host only charged me the amount of gas I consumed while going to the airport. This is my fault and not the host's. I appreciate his honesty. The "share my location" feature of the Turo app is very inaccurate. It guided me to the wrong part of the parking structure so I had a hard time finding the car. The best solution for the Host to help their renters is to text the exact location immediately when the renter has landed or when the rental reservation time has been reached. That way the renter will not have to wait around for a reply text. Overall, I am still very satisfied with the Host and the Vehicle. Would rent from again in the future. Thank you Stark, LLC.

Location was easy to find and car was immaculate. But really, there is more I just must tell you about David, our Host. It's long, but do read on, please..... With my dear friend’s birthday just around the corner, plans commenced to celebrate this occasion with a flight to Chicago, take in a show, and enjoy foods from around the world. Now my friend has had his eye on a white BMW X series as his next car. I thought, ooooo how fun to get that very car for the weekend. How hard could it be? Turns out the answer is “Hard”. You simply can’t guarantee/hold/be sure of getting a specific car when you go through conventional rental companies. Now the by god/bee in my bonnet attitude set in and I went into full problem solving mode. I found Turo on the internet when I searched for renting white BMW x. I had never heard of this before, but checked ratings and they were great. I booked the car through Turo. Shortly thereafter, David texted me. He owned the car I booked. Immediately David explained the very simple to follow logistics of picking up the car. The car was where he told me and arrived there well before I needed it. David’s car was immaculate and had a full tank of gas. Then the real beauty of working with David revealed itself. You see, the weekend we came to Chicago happened to be the weekend of the nastiest storm Kansas City (KC) has seen in decades; 12 hours of freezing rain followed by 14 inches of snow. We planned to return to KC on Sunday morning. Upon learning the storm was coming and would be horrific, we decided to outsmart the assured flight cancellations and proactively moved our return to Monday morning 11:40am. Now, amazingly, it looks like we are in the clear to be able to leave at the original time because the airport was open and flights were moving. So, I texted David to see if we could change it back. David immediately responded with “No problem!”. Then the airline cancels that flight at 10pm Saturday night. I text David and asked if we can change the drop off time to 345pm. Without hesitation, he gave us the thumbs up. Now Sunday morning that flight was cancelled and we had to ask to move it to 10:40pm. David pulled through again. At noon, that flight was cancelled, and we had to just rent a car and drive to Kansas City. Once again, the drop-off time needed to change!! Of course, David immediately said it was fine. David was so kind and understanding through 5-6 changes he was patient. I give him 10 stars! I highly recommend using David and his cars. I know we will when we come back to Chicago! Thank you, David!

Best BMW rental experience I've had! Loved the car, but loved the hosts even MORE so! My son and I enjoyed running errands in this smooth ride. We were extra grateful for the great audio system and crisp A/C! Will definitely rent again in the future. : )

I had an amazing experience renting the BMW M3 on Turo from Gorkum. The car was in excellent condition—super clean, well-maintained, and an absolute blast to drive. Gorkum was an outstanding host: very accommodating, responsive, and made the entire rental process smooth and easy. Everything was exactly as described, and you can tell he really takes pride in providing a great experience for his guests. The BMW M4 was a blast to drive! The host responded quickly whenever i had questions with transportation to the car from the airport. The car is 11 years old and it does show some age with wear and tear but regardless the color is very eye catching and still very fun to drive! Would definitely rent again the next time i’m in Fort Lauderdale!

This was our second time using Turo and it was fabulous. The car was spotless and a pleasure to drive. Pickup was easy and since our flight was delayed he waited until the last possible minute to drop the car so we didn’t have to pay much for parking - only $4! I really appreciated that. During our trip I must have picked up a nail in the tire and when we got an error message on Saturday night, Soner met us at the hotel at midnight to address the issue. When he realized the tire needed to be fixed, he made arrangements with us to come and pick up the car the next day and have all four tires replaced to make sure there was no issue the rest of the trip! We actually didn’t need the car that day so it worked out perfectly. Soner did offer to leave us his car so we had wheels but it was unnecessary. He also gave us a discount for the next trip due to the inconvenience along with an extension on the time we had to return the car. No one ever wants to have a maintenance issue, but the customer service provided was above and beyond what I would have expected and really appreciated. Not only that, every time I had a question I got an immediate response. You can’t go wrong with this car/owner. I will definitely rent from him every time I go to PBI!

Amazing experience renting from Eren! The BMW X1 was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for exploring Oahu. We drove all around the North Shore and even visited Pearl Harbor with zero issues — the car handled everything smoothly and was great on gas too. Eren was an outstanding host: responsive, friendly, and made pickup and drop-off incredibly easy. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. I’d absolutely rent from Eren again next time I’m in Hawaii. Highly recommend!
