This will be the second time I rented from Nicolas. I have never had an issue with the vehicle. It's a fun car to drive around in. I especially appreciated the heated seats and steering wheel warmer on the cold morning I had the vehicle.

Nicholas was a great. He quickly responded to my questions and was very helpful for my 1st time using Turo.

Charles was an exceptional host!! He was patient, answered all my questions, and even took the time to reach out and inform me of idling fees. As someone who never drove a Tesla before, it was so great how helpful he was. The Tesla was in mint condition, had all the bells and whistles, and he even included game controllers so the kids wouldn’t be bored during charging. I would definitely recommend renting from Charles !

Not only was the 2021 Tesla Y a great experience to drive, (you get all that is advertised; powerful, stylish and brilliant technology), Charles was exceptionally accommodating, provided the information needed and was always available for questions. Car was exceptionally clean and with garage use, well taken care of. Can highly recommend Charles and the Turo experience.
