This was my first time using Turo, and the company and host didn't disappoint. There's truly nothing negative to say about the service I received with this rental. There was a small issue when renting, and it was quickly rectified and taken care of. Outstanding customer service! During my trip, I had a couple of small issues that were on my side. The host was able to quickly help me fix them on the spot. Outstanding customer performance, and I enjoyed the car; using FSD was a dream to drive. I will definitely use them again for all my vehicle rentals.
You are too kind Lamont and an even better guest. We had a scheduling conflict and Lamont allowed us to switch vehicles of equal value. This allowed us to ensure both guests got a Utopian experience! Thanks again!

Great experience as this was our first time driving a Tesla on our vacation to Florida. Self driving was a plus. Host was very communicative and flexible. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in a EV rental!
